Tax status and purposes of the corporation
The corporation LUKAS Foundation for Human Appropriate Medicine based in Maulbronn is exempt from corporation tax according to § 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 9 KStG and according to § 3 Nr. 6 GewStG from trade tax because it serves exclusively and directly tax-privileged charitable purposes within the meaning of §§ 51 ff. AO.
The corporation LUKAS Foundation for Human Appropriate Medicine supports the following charitable purposes:
- Promotion of public health and public health care
According to the notice of exemption from the Mühlacker tax office dated January 28, 2020.
On the basis of § 80 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with § 5 of the Foundation Act for Baden-Württemberg (StiftG), the LUKAS Foundation for Human-Appropriate Medicine, based in Maulbronn, is recognized as a legal foundation under civil law, according to the certificate of recognition of the Karlsruhe Regional Council dated 16.3 .2003.
